The Transmission Electron Microscopy Laboratory (LABMET) of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) remains at the technological forefront with the addition of a new Thermo Fisher SPECTRA 200 transmission and scanning electron microscope (TEM/STEM), strengthening its capabilities for advanced materials characterization at the nanometric and atomic scale.
